He has over 25 years’ experience in executive recruitment marketplace, specifically focusing on professional and financial services.
Prior to running his own companies, he was a senior HR manager with a building society. People are key to his career.
He is specialist trained in psychometrics and applies his understanding and knowledge to help business owners to make robust recruitment decisions through better interviewing and assessment techniques.
He has written several on-line courses designed to help individuals fulfil their potential as well as delivering several workshop webinars, training events, and speaking at several conferences.
Steve Sangha began his career within the accountancy sector, as a Business Manager for HSBC and KPMG managing a portfolio of recruitment organisations. Steve subsequently decided to join an Executive Search Consultancy, where he managed teams of consultants within professional services and Actuarial specialist markets, spanning over 20 years in the professional services industry.
Steve is a member of connect mentors, offering advice and guidance on career development and to those interested in a complete career change. Steve frequently conducts training on Best Practice and "War for Talent" metrics.
Michael Ilsemann was called to the Bar in 2008, and practised civil, commercial and criminal law. However, his real passion is entrepreneurism and since 2013, he has helped launch and manage a number of companies across a range of commercial services. These include within pharmaceuticals and public affairs, and Michael is also a fully accredited commercial and civil mediator.
In his spare time, he is also a consultant for a Westminster policy thinktank.
