- Job description and candidate specification - these documents are essential and reflect current requirements.
- A defined salary range - with expected target salary identified.
- We visit the client's place of work - This builds a relationship between RSP and the client, and helps formulate a recruitment plan and timeline.
- We will carry out candidate profiling - depending on type of contract, to support the submission and to provide additional questions to test suitability.
- As we conduct in-depth searches - we require specific information to filter and map suitable candidates.
- Shortlisted candidates are interviewed by 2 RSP directors - as matter of course and feedback is provided in the form of an executive summary to assist the client.
- We look to minimise surprises - so communication must be open and unrestricted. This way, RSP is responsive and supportive. The candidate experience is of paramount importance, particularly in current conditions as competition is fierce.
