Ian Robinson is the founder of two companies (including Robinson Sangha Partnership Ltd) operating in the recruitment, career guidance and personal development sector. He has over 25 years’ experience in executive recruitment marketplace, specifically focusing on professional and financial services.
Prior to running his own companies, he was a senior HR manager with a building society. People are key to his career.
He is specialist trained in psychometrics and applies his understanding and knowledge to help business owners to make robust recruitment decisions through better interviewing and assessment techniques.
He has written several on-line courses designed to help individuals fulfil their potential as well as delivering several workshop webinars, training events, and speaking at several conferences.
Michael Ilsemann was called to the Bar in 2008, and practised civil, commercial and criminal law. However, his real passion is entrepreneurism and since 2013, he has helped launch and manage a number of companies across a range of commercial services. These include within pharmaceuticals and public affairs, and Michael is also a fully accredited commercial and civil mediator.
In his spare time, he is also a consultant for a Westminster policy thinktank.
Facilitating connections is at the heart of what Michael does, and he believe passionately in helping to coach other business owners and entrepreneurs at the start of their business journey. Michael’s role at RSP allows him to bring all this together alongside his legal experience.
